Open the roof to the sun or close it for shade and showers, all at the touch of a remote.
A fixed roof can make your patio feel dark. No roof at all leaves you chasing shade or dashing in when the clouds roll over. The Pergo Cloud gives you both options. Its fabric roof slides open on a sunny afternoon and closes again when you need cover. The flat, clean lines suit modern homes, and the gently curved roof bars give it a softer look than a standard boxy pergola.
How Does the Retractable Roof Work?
The roof is a waterproof PVC fabric stretched across curved aluminium crossbars. A built-in motor opens and closes it, and the remote control comes included. The motor keeps the fabric tensioned, so it sits flat and neat rather than sagging.
You choose how much sky you want. Fully open for sunbathing, fully closed for shade at lunchtime or a passing shower. No ladders, no winding handles, no fuss.

Which Setup Suits Your Garden?
The Pergo Cloud comes in three layouts: freestanding, wall-mounted against your house, or fitted between two walls. Chunky 150mm square posts give it a solid stance, and the floor brackets are hidden for a tidy finish.
That means you can put it where you actually use your outdoor space. Off the back door for easy indoor-outdoor living, or out on the lawn as a shaded spot of its own. Widths run from 2.5m to 5m and depths from 2.5m to 6m.
Can You Use It After Dark?
You can add LED strip lighting or warm white spotlights built straight into the crossbars. Both run off the same remote as the roof, so lighting the space takes one button.
Want more comfort? Add a sun and wind sensor that opens or closes the roof for you, or a Wi-Fi app so you can control it from your phone. Summer evenings outside just got a lot longer.

What Colours and Fabrics Can You Choose?
The frame comes in White, Anthracite, Brown or Black as standard, all with a textured finish. Beige, Bronze, Silver and other RAL colours are also available. The standard roof fabric comes in White, Vanilla or Grey, with a premium fabric range in five further shades.
So you can match your windows, your doors or your garden furniture. Not sure which to pick? Call us and we will talk you through the options.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will It Keep Me Dry When It Rains?
The fabric is waterproof and handles everyday rain well. On freestanding and wall-mounted versions, water drains down through pipes inside the posts. It is a shade structure rather than a sealed room, so expect the odd drip in heavy downpours.
How Does It Cope With Wind?
The Pergo Cloud is rated Class 5 for wind resistance (UNI EN 13561:2015). You should still close the roof in very strong winds, and an optional wind sensor can do this for you.
Can I Close In the Sides Later?
Yes. You can add drop-down blinds or glass sliding doors to turn it into a sheltered room. With glass doors fitted, the maximum size is 4m x 4m.
I'm Fitting It Between Two Walls. Anything to Know?
On the between-walls layout, the posts do not carry the rainwater away. You will need your own ground drainage in place where the water runs off.
Do You Offer Installation?
Yes. We offer site surveys and professional installation across the UK. Call us and we can arrange it alongside your order.
What Guarantee Do I Get?
The Pergo Cloud comes with a 5 year guarantee against material and manufacturing defects.
