Shipping Policy
This page outlines how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders within England, Scotland, Wales, and internationally.
Delivery Within England
Shipping is free on all orders delivered to mainland England.
Estimated delivery time from order confirmation to final delivery is typically between 2 and 17 business days, depending on product type and location.
Delivery timeframes consist of:
- Handling time: 1–3 business days
- Transit time: 1–14 business days depending on product size and delivery location
If any delay occurs, we will notify you promptly.
Delivery to Scotland and Wales
Delivery to Scotland and Wales is available. Due to courier and pallet network surcharges, additional delivery fees may apply depending on postcode and product size.
If a surcharge applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the additional cost. You will have the option to proceed or cancel your order for a full refund prior to shipment.
Highlands, Islands, and Remote Postcodes
Some Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, and remote postcodes may incur additional carrier charges.
Where applicable, we will notify you prior to dispatch. Orders will not be shipped until delivery costs are confirmed and agreed.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order.
Orders placed before 5:00pm (UK time) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the following business day.
All orders are reviewed to confirm product availability with our supplier network. In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable or subject to extended lead times, we will contact you promptly to discuss alternatives or arrange a refund.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.
Large Item Deliveries
Many of our products are delivered via specialist couriers due to their size and weight. Items may arrive palletised or require suitable vehicle access.
Deliveries are typically made to the kerbside of your property.
An adult must be present at the delivery address to accept and inspect the goods.
Please ensure adequate access for delivery vehicles. If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions or absence at the agreed time, additional redelivery charges may apply.
Damaged Deliveries
Please inspect your delivery carefully upon arrival.
If visible damage is present, you must note this when signing for delivery or refuse the delivery where appropriate.
If you accept delivery and later identify damage, please photograph the packaging and affected items immediately and email the images to sales@gleaminggardens.co.uk on the day of delivery.
We will work promptly with the courier and supplier to resolve the issue.
International Orders
We are happy to assist international customers.
Our products are manufactured primarily for the UK market and operate on 240V electrical systems. Compatibility with international standards should be confirmed prior to purchase.
International shipping costs are calculated on request due to the varied dimensions and weights of our products. Please contact us for a quotation.
