Delivery Within England & Wales
Free delivery is available on all orders to mainland England and Wales.
Estimated delivery time from order confirmation to final delivery is typically between 2 and 17 business days, depending on the product and location.
- Handling time: 1–3 business days
- Transit time: 1–14 business days
If any delays occur, we will notify you promptly.
Delivery to Scotland
Delivery to Scotland is available; however, some areas may incur additional courier or pallet network surcharges depending on postcode and product size.
If a surcharge applies, we will contact you before dispatch. You will have the option to proceed or cancel for a full refund.
Highlands, Islands & Remote Areas
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, and remote postcodes may incur additional charges.
Where applicable, we will confirm costs before dispatch. Orders will not be shipped until these are agreed.
Guernsey and other Channel Islands: Price on application (POA).
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Orders placed before 5:00pm (UK time) are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
All orders are checked against supplier availability. If there are any delays or issues, we will contact you promptly to discuss options or arrange a refund.
Once dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details where available.
Large Item Deliveries
Many of our products are delivered via specialist couriers due to their size and weight. Deliveries may be palletised and require suitable vehicle access.
Delivery is typically to the kerbside of your property.
An adult must be present to accept and inspect the goods.
Failed deliveries due to access issues or absence may result in additional charges.
Damaged Deliveries
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If damage is visible, this must be noted when signing for delivery or the delivery should be refused where appropriate.
If damage is discovered after acceptance, please photograph the packaging and affected items immediately and email us at sales@gleaminggardens.co.uk on the day of delivery.
We will work quickly with the courier and supplier to resolve the issue.
International Orders
We can arrange international shipping on request.
Shipping costs vary depending on product size and destination. Please contact us for a quotation.
Products are manufactured primarily for the UK market (240V). Please ensure compatibility before purchasing.
