The Fusion 400 Grill Unit gives you the grill and the cabinet together, matched and finished as a single piece. The Neolith worktop runs either side of the grill opening, giving you prep and serving space right where you need it. The cabinet below keeps everything - gas, accessories, tools - neatly stored and out of sight.
It is designed to slot directly into a Blenheim Modular Outdoor Kitchen as the KC 100 appliance unit, but works equally well as a freestanding outdoor kitchen centrepiece. Available in Barro Satin or Nero worktop finishes to match your setup.
What Does the Fusion 400 Grill Do?
The Fusion 400 is a 4-burner gas grill with a 77 x 46cm cooking surface - rated for 10 to 15 people. It uses cast stainless steel burners and stainless steel grates at 0.9cm thickness, with patented deflector plates underneath for even heat distribution across the full surface. It includes an infrared rear burner (2.95kW) for rotisserie, and the knobs are LED-lit for use after dark. Compatible with butane, propane, or natural gas.
What Is the Cabinet Made From?
The cabinet body is Qualicoat-certified powder-coated galvanised steel - the outdoor-grade construction standard used across the full Blenheim range. The hinges are stainless steel soft-close, the doors have magnetic closure to resist wind, and there is a sliding tray inside for the gas bottle, keeping it accessible without moving the unit. Four adjustable levelling feet allow for a stable setup on uneven outdoor surfaces.
What Is the Worktop Made From?
The worktop is Neolith sintered stone - the same 12mm premium surface used across the full Blenheim kitchen range. It is non-porous, scratchproof, heat-resistant, and UV resistant. It carries a 25-year limited warranty for residential use and cleans easily with water.
