How does the modular layout work?
This summerhouse uses a modular panel system. That means the doors and windows are not fixed to one position.
During assembly, you can place them on any side and in the order you prefer. It’s ideal if you want to face the sun, frame a view, or work around fences and paths.

The full pane toughened glazed doors and windows run almost floor to ceiling.

What are the benefits of a pent roof?
The pent roof design gives the summerhouse a modern look with a single sloping roof.
It also helps rainwater run off efficiently and works well in gardens where a lower roofline is preferred near boundaries.
Is the build solid enough for regular use?
The walls are made from 12mm shiplap tongue and groove cladding, fixed to a 28mm x 44mm timber frame.
The roof and floor also use 12mm tongue and groove boards, so the whole building feels sturdy and well supported.
How secure and safe is it?
The summerhouse comes with full pane toughened glazed double doors, fitted with a lock and key as standard.
All glazing is 3mm toughened glass, which is stronger than standard glass and designed to break safely if damaged.
What about treatment and care?
The building is supplied with a temporary water-based treatment for transit.
To protect the timber, you’ll need to treat it inside and out shortly after assembly and reapply treatment each year. All glazing should be sealed inside and out during installation.
