Want a light-filled space without feeling exposed?

Some garden rooms feel dark or boxed in. Others let in light but offer little privacy.

The Flex Apex Sunroom strikes a good balance. Four-pane glazed windows brighten the space, while solid timber panels keep it feeling calm and comfortable.

How does the modular design work?

This is a flexible modular building. The wall panels are designed so you can choose where the door and windows go during assembly.

You can face the glazing towards the sun, a view, or away from neighbours. It gives you control, even if your garden layout is awkward.

Why are four-pane windows a good choice?

The fixed four-pane glazed windows let in lots of daylight without covering the whole wall in glass.

This keeps the sunroom bright while still giving you solid wall space for furniture, shelving, or shade when the sun is strong.

Is the structure solid enough for regular use?

The walls use 12mm shiplap tongue and groove cladding fixed to a 28mm x 44mm timber frame.

The roof and floor are also made from 12mm tongue and groove boards, so the whole building feels sturdy and well put together.

What about security and safety?

The sunroom comes with a single full boarded tongue and groove door, fitted with a lock and key as standard.

All glazing is 3mm toughened glass, which is stronger than standard glass and designed to break safely if damaged.

How is it supplied and protected?

The building is delivered stacked on a pallet for safe handling.

It comes with a temporary water-based treatment. To keep the timber protected, you’ll need to apply a quality wood preserver shortly after assembly and reapply it each year.
