A stainless steel spit roast that stands on your plancha and turns your fire into a rotisserie.
A whole chicken on a grill needs constant care to cook evenly. A rotisserie does the work for you. The BonFeu set stands on the plate of your BonBiza or BonPlancha and holds the meat over the fire as it turns, so it browns all over and stays juicy.
Two stainless steel uprights stand on the plate, joined by a stainless tube.
It fits the BonBiza and BonFeu planchas from 60 to 100cm, with the spit running over the fire.
You get a spit with four clamps, a spit with two clamps and an S-hook for hanging a pan.
Use the bigger spit for a whole bird and the smaller one for a joint or a few kebabs.
You can turn it by hand, which suits a short cook with friends round the fire.
For longer roasts, add the BonFeu rotisserie motor. It is sold separately.
