Grill bars are great for steak, but small food falls through. Eggs, prawns and sliced veg need a flat plate. The BonFeu BonPlancha 40, V34 and V45 sit on top of your BonFeu fireplace or BonVes fire pit, so you can fry right over the flames.
The BonPlancha 40 fits the BonGiano, BonTino and BonCarre.
The V34 fits the BonVes 34, and the V45 fits the BonVes 45.
A flat plate is ideal for eggs, fish, prawns, sliced veg and smash burgers.
Food that would fall through a grill stays on the plate and picks up a golden crust.
Scrape it clean while warm, then wipe on a thin layer of oil.
That protects the steel from rust and builds a non-stick layer over time.
