A thick steel plancha ring that sits on your fire bowl and turns it into a wood fired cooker.
A fire bowl is great for warmth, but cooking on it means balancing a grill over the flames. The BonFeu BonPlancha is a steel ring plate that sits on top of the bowl. The fire burns in the open centre and heats the plate, so you can fry, sear and keep food warm all round it.
The plate is hottest by the fire in the middle and cooler at the edge.
Sear near the centre, then slide food out to keep warm. Fat runs down into the fire.
Pick the plancha that matches your bowl: 60, 80, 100, 120 or 150cm.
A BonBowl 80 takes the BonPlancha 80, and so on. Ask us if you have another brand of bowl.
A 60 or 80cm plancha suits a family meal. A 100 or 120cm plate handles a party.
The 150cm plancha is for big gatherings, and it weighs 60kg.
Fit a BonGrill Centre or a BonFeu stand in the middle for grilling, a pizza oven or skewers.
