A wood fired pizza oven that sits over the fire in the middle of your BonFeu plancha.
Pizza from a normal BBQ often comes out burnt underneath and pale on top. The BonFeu BonPizza fixes that. It traps the heat of the fire under a steel lid, while a stone bakes the base. Put it on the BonFeu stand in the middle of your BonBiza or BonBowl plancha and you have a pizza oven in minutes.
The oven has a base plate, a pizza stone and a lid. The fire heats the stone from below, and the lid holds the heat in so the top cooks too.
That gives you a crisp base and a melted topping at the same time, without turning the pizza over.
You can lift the lid off or turn it to open the oven. The large handle stays cool, so you do not need to hunt for gloves each time.
Turning the lid lets you check on your pizza without letting all the heat out.
The BonPizza sits on the BonFeu stand in the centre of a BonBiza or BonBowl plancha. The stand is sold separately.
It works best over a plancha 80 or larger. Over a plancha 60, the fire gets less air, so the oven runs cooler.
