An outdoor kitchen needs a proper place to chop. The BonFeu BonButcher block is a 5cm thick end grain board sized to fit the BonBiza Island worktop. The larger one fits the Island XL. It comes double oiled, so you can start using it straight away.
The standard block (40 x 40cm) fits the BonBiza Island.
The large block (52 x 45cm) fits the BonBiza Island XL.
On an end grain board, your knife slips between the wood fibres rather than cutting across them.
That keeps your knives sharper for longer and leaves fewer deep marks in the board.
