The BonFeu BonBowl Pro is the newest bowl in the range. It is much deeper than the standard BonBowl, which gives you a bigger bed of fire under your plancha or grill. It comes in 60, 80 and 100cm, in 3mm corten steel.
The Pro is much deeper: 33cm on the 60, 43cm on the 80 and 53cm on the 100.
The standard BonBowl is a shallow dish of 16 to 24cm at the same sizes.
A deeper bowl holds a bigger bed of fire and embers, so the heat stays steady while you cook.
It also lifts the cooking surface higher off the ground.
BonFeu lists its planchas, grills and round covers as extras for the Pro, in sizes to match.
