The BonFeu BonBiza XL works like the standard BonBiza but with a much larger cooking surface. The 98cm plate rings the fire, so there is room for a full family meal at once. Choose the closed base or the Open version with log storage.
The XL has a 98cm plate, against 80cm on the standard BonBiza. That is a lot more space for food.
It stands 102cm tall, a good working height for most people.
The bigger plate is made for larger groups and parties. Cook meat, fish and vegetables side by side.
The heat is strongest near the fire and gentler at the edge, so you can keep cooked food warm at the rim.
The closed XL has a solid base. The XL Open has a framed base with space for logs.
Both come in corten, which weathers to a rust-brown finish.
A BBQ grill is included. BonFeu also makes a teak guard ring and accessories for the larger planchas.
