A wood fired plancha BBQ with an 80cm cooking plate round the fire, for cooking and sitting round.
The BonFeu BonBiza is a fire bowl and an outdoor cooker in one. A 6mm thick steel plate rings the fire, so you can sear, fry and slow-cook at the same time while everyone stays warm. Choose the closed base, or the Open version with space for logs underneath.
The fire burns in the middle and heats the 80cm plate from the centre out. The inner edge gets hottest for searing, and the outer edge stays gentler.
That means you can cook several things at once: steak near the fire, vegetables and eggs further out.
The closed BonBiza has a solid base. The BonBiza Open has a framed base with room for firewood underneath, so logs are always close by.
Both stand 100cm tall, a comfortable height to cook at.
A BBQ grill comes in the box and sits in the middle over the fire.
With the BonFeu stand you can add a raised grill, a skewer ring or the BonPizza oven. There is also a rotisserie set and a steel lid.
Corten forms a rust-brown protective layer that slows further rusting.
The black version has a heat-resistant coating, but the steel will rust in damp weather over time.
