The Fusion 500RM is the larger of the two Fusion gas grills - five burners instead of four, a bigger cooking surface, and a rear infrared burner that makes rotisserie a genuine option rather than an afterthought. If you are regularly cooking for a crowd, this is the grill that keeps up.
It is built to drop directly into the KC 120 appliance unit as part of a Blenheim Modular Outdoor Kitchen, or used as a standalone countertop or built-in installation.
What Is the Cooking Surface Like?
The Fusion 500RM has a 95 x 46cm cooking surface - 4,370cm2 in total. The grates are stainless steel at 0.9cm thickness, giving you good heat retention and a solid sear. At full output, this grill is comfortably rated for 15 to 20 people. Patented deflector plates sit below the grates, ensuring heat is distributed evenly across the full cooking area.
How Does the Rear Burner Work?
The infrared rear burner (2.95kW) is positioned at the back of the grill to drive a rotisserie spit. Rotisserie cooking keeps meat basting in its own juices as it rotates, producing consistently moist results on whole chickens, joints, and larger cuts. A Rotisserie Kit 40 is available separately as an optional accessory.
What Makes the Fusion Grill Different?
The Fusion grills use patented deflector plates for heat distribution - a design feature not found on standard gas grills. The result is more even cooking across the full surface with better flame control. The backlit interior cooking zone means you can see what is happening even after dark, and the LED-lit knobs are a practical touch for the same reason.
How Is It Installed?
The Fusion 500RM is designed for three installation types: built-in, countertop, or freestanding. When used as part of the Blenheim kitchen, it drops into the KC 120 appliance unit. Cut-out dimensions are W97 x D54 x H21cm.
